Battle Plan Notes:

Prayer and Meditation: Prayer is talking to God. Meditation is listening to Him. Make sure you’re taking time to listen.

Daily devotional: most Christian devotional books will work.  You may also check out our links page for different web sites that offer devotionals  you can subscribe to free that are sent to you via email. We also have the Every Man's Battle weekly devotional on our web site or sign up for their daily email devotional to discuss.

Accountability Partner: The frequency and length of these meetings
is best determined by your integrity level. If you’ve got an active problem or are in
recent recovery, 60 minutes per week in strongly recommended. A minimum of 30 minutes per week is suggested, Every man, should have another man he can confide in.

CIA Men's Ministry  - Bi-Weekly Accountability Group: This bi-weekly accountability group is your best course to sustained victory. Commit to it. Protect this time. When you’re here, really be here. Be present mentally as well as physically, engaged rather than on the sidelines of the discussion.

R & R—Rest and Relaxation: Taking at least an hour every week to do one thing that
brings you joy is critical to a balanced life. Whether it’s going on a bike ride, listening to
music, or practicing a hobby you enjoy, make time to do something for yourself. A man who
is always working, always worrying about meeting the needs of others at the expense of his
own needs is sowing the seeds of sin.
